“ I've not been to this venue since it was Frisco's Grill but I like the personalization of the space that makes it Cushwa. This is one of those order from a QR code at the table places, which worked for me for food, but wasn't the easiest to do with beer, so I was provided a menu. When I tried to sample a beer from the menu I was informed that Cushwa only does 5oz pours, no samples. Interesting, but that actually worked out for a friend and I. We ordered 4 sour beer samples and it was like having a flight (but more expensive as these pours are $5 each). All the flavors we tried were really good, I'd drink any of those beers again, but specifically, I loved the Electro 8th Anniversary Trifle and second to that was the Electro Blue Raspberry Bubble Gum Ice Cream Bar. Highly recommend. We also ordered 2 plates of meatball sliders, the cucumber and feta, plus the cheese sticks/bread. The meatball sliders were AMAZING. Didn't realize how moist I want a burger until I ate those sliders. Sheez, my life is changed now, lol. The cucumber feta was simple and good, though I could have stood some more salt and some pepper for kick. And the cheese sticks were on the salty side for me, so much so I didn't taste much else. That said, all these items were at happy hour pricing, so it was all good. I'm glad I got to try several things. After the food and the beers, we perused the dessert menu and ended up getting the ube tres leche cake and it was so dang good. Service was good. The bartenders patiently answered my questions and the folks who dropped off our food and drink were super nice. Payment was simple, through the same app you order food, but customers beware. The tip amount defaults to 22%. If you're not paying attention, you could be tipping much more than intended. Excellent visit. Would definitely return. ”

I liked that there was a "have a server come to the table for other questions" type option that you could add to your order in case you had questions. Ambiance: cute, tall ceilings, usually have some seasonal/holiday decor. ”

“ Great pizza!! Definitely order the award winning in crust we trust pizza with all the pepperoni! Not much interaction with staff - only to drop off food to the table. You can order as fast or slow as you want, and pay the tab when you're ready through the site. A very laid back atmosphere and the bartender is friendly. Came with the whole family... Obviously try the pizza but sandwiches are good too Came here with a few people for some drinks with zero expectations since I knew nothing about it. The staff is great and really friendly and prompt with serving. There is a good variety of beer. They are solid but I wasn't blown away. Other people in the group loved the sours they had though. The pizza was really good and a really good portion. Everyone at the table loved it. I also tried the Cuban which was pretty decently sized and was really good. It's a brewery though so don't expect it to be "authentic" if that's what you are thinking. Definitely a good spot for evening drinks or possibly even an event. Similar to in concept jailbreak but I like this place better. ”

“ Great beer selection, good food, excellent service. We have been coming here for years, when it was Frisco. They have changed the beer line-up and the food focus, but you'll see a number of familiar faces have stayed on! They have shifted to a Detroit-style pizza menu with sandwiches too. My husband is a New Yorker who also apprappreciates other pizza styles and he also loves craft beer - so he was beyond excited to try this place. Very pleased with the pizza (he got pepperoni and sausage)! It was huge! Doughy, crispy at the edges, with good sauce and lots of cheese.cheese.h he got the small and it was easily enough for two good sized meals for one person. (Note: reheated, the pizza was a little drier than NY or Chicago style pizza.) I got the tomato soup with grilled cheese. The soup was AAMAZING! Clearly it was fresh made and had great herbiness. The grilled cheese was so decadent. Lots and lots of cheese - super gooey and oozy - the crispy panini extexterior was a great balance to the cheese. I found the grilled cheese too be a little too unctuous for my taste, so i pulled out a bit of the cheese to make it a bit better for me. We will be back! Excited to try a few other things on the menu. ”
